Please don't contact us about ceiling fans. We don't have any connection to the business with a similar name that made them, and we don't know anything about them. So, much as we'd like to, we can't help you with anything regarding their products.

  Please note we're in Pacific Time Zone. Regular hours are 9AM - 2PM Monday-Thursday; we're frequently in the office later, but rarely earlier, and we're often in on Fridays as well. Again, that's Pacific Time; if you call at 9AM Eastern time, we won't be here.

• Fax: We rarely use fax anymore. Please use email if possible; if you have to fax us something, please contact us for a current fax number.

• Snail Mail: Please don't ship merchandise here unless we specifically ask you to. Many of our products are shipped from elsewhere, and should they need to be returned, they usually need to go back where they came from.
